Description

The PVC guiding tactile tile is a special path surface designed for people with low vision and the blind. The parallel (longitudinal) stripes on the tile surface are clearly felt underfoot or through a cane and show the person a safe direction of travel. Such tiles act as a "walking lane" — guiding a pedestrian to the required point: a door, cash desk, lift, information desk or crossing.

The product is made of high-quality PVC (polyvinyl chloride). PVC is resistant to moisture, abrasion, temperature changes and ultraviolet light, so it keeps its colour and shape for a long time. The bright yellow colour serves not only as a tactile but also as a visual signal — it creates a strong contrast for partially sighted people and makes the object safer.

Size: 300×300 mm (30×30 cm). A 500×500 mm size is also available on request. The tile is well suited for indoor spaces — schools, universities, hospitals, government offices, shopping centres, metro and stations — as well as covered porches and walkways.

Installation is simple and quick: the tile is glued to a flat, clean surface with a special polymer adhesive and requires no complex tools. The surface is textured but non-slip — so a step stays safe even when wet.

The product is manufactured in accordance with the requirements for tactile ground surface indicators (compliant with GOST R 52875 / O'z DSt) and meets the standards for "adapting the urban environment for people with disabilities". It can be freely used when equipping government facilities, educational and healthcare institutions.

Creating an inclusive and safe environment is not only a regulatory requirement but a sign of genuine care for every person. With this tile you make your premises convenient and safe for everyone, including blind visitors.
