Description

SurdoCenter LED text display (dynamic scroll) — a scrolling-text board for people with hearing loss. A green LED matrix (~5 mm pixel pitch) in a black metal housing.

A component of the SurdoCenter system: part of an integrated hearing-assistant system. Places of use:

  • Airport and station (flight/train schedule)
  • Bank offices (queue rate, calling a number)
  • School/university classrooms (announcements)
  • Ticket office (queue number)
  • Government services (call)

Control: connection to a computer/server via Ethernet or USB; a built-in microcontroller (standalone mode); a mobile app (in the future).

Power ~10–25 W and pixel pitch ~5 mm (approximate — the supplier confirms by panel type).

Standards: GOST IEC 60598-2-22 (illuminated elements), EN 50171 (centralised power system). Designed taking into account the requirements for adaptation for people with disabilities.
