Description

Foot-pedal flush mechanism for the toilet (contactless kit) — a complete kit for flushing the toilet by pressing a pedal with the foot, without touching with the hand. The kit includes a valve installed in the cistern (green plastic housing), a black pedal installed under the floor, a flexible chrome tube connecting them and a chrome-finished closing button.

The user presses the pedal with their foot — a pneumatic signal is transmitted through the tube to the valve — the valve opens and flushes the water from the cistern. The hand does not touch the toilet lid or button — this is an adaptation for the disabled (when hand strength is insufficient), a convenience for the elderly, and for hygienic environments a way to minimise contact.

The product is designed taking into account the requirements for adapting the environment for people with disabilities (SP 59 / O'z DSt standards). Adapted to replace ordinary cistern mechanisms.

Target institutions: hospitals, nursing homes, sanatoriums, hotels, schools, government facilities and adapted restrooms.

Usage instructions

1. Dismantle the old cistern mechanism, shut off the water
2. Install the green valve housing in the cistern, connect the tube
3. Prepare a place for the pedal under the floor (or in the wall), route the tube
4. Install the chrome button on the cistern lid and test the system
